Return & Refund Policy

🛍️ Personalized Products

Due to the unique nature of our personalized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or with a personalization different from what was requested.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some personal care items

📦 Non-Personalized Products

For items that are not personalized, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product cost, excluding shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

⏱️ Processing Time

Please note that refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
